So I did my &lt;strong&gt;rod set&lt;/strong&gt; on Wenesday and It came out nice shinny and full of spiral curls. I did notice that I should have went smaller in the crown area of my head. Seems as if I lost a considerable amount of hair becuase of the weave up style pony tail at had in August, to much glue.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;I still needed a good moisturizing sheen gloss type spray for my hair every day. Remember we have to put moisture on our hair everyday to prevent from breaking. I went to sally's beauty and I was lookinig for something with natural oils in it as well as on the cheap side. That is becuase I am ordering natural products from healthy hair and she has included a moisturing gloss in her package. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;After going through several gloss spays and mist I found &lt;strong&gt;Luster Pink Glossier&lt;/strong&gt; (brilliant shine formulated with Shea Butter, Jojoba Oils and Aloe) for a silkty smooth sytling. It seems to make my hair reall y soft and shinny with no gressy feel and it did not weigh down my curls. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;So day three and my hair still looks good. The curls have fallen a bit but sitll has that curly look and it is soft and looks really healthy. I got a lot of compliments while I was doing some shopping yesterday so I do recommended the product to others. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;I have been putting the &lt;strong&gt;Doo Grow&lt;/strong&gt; on my temples trying to stimulate some growth there. Doo Grow has a lot of natural oils in it so I will use it until my products get delivered and see what it does. I have not deceided to purchase my hair pills mainly becuase I want to see how the products do for my hair so I can know the difference. But what department do you speak to? Who do you ask for?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The first thing is to understand how Banks and servicing companies work and what department you need to concentrate your efforts on. This will depend on what stage of the default process you are in.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Firstly there is the &lt;a class="zem_slink" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Customer_service" title="Customer service" rel="wikipedia"&gt;customer service&lt;/a&gt; department who usually answers any general inquires and are able to help you with your account if your account is current. But if your account is not current, then you will need to speak with the second level contact department.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The second level contact is the collection department. This is usually the first department that you are transferred to when your account initially becomes delinquent. This department has one major purpose, and that is trying to collect a &lt;a class="zem_slink" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Debt" title="Debt" rel="wikipedia"&gt;debt&lt;/a&gt;. They are trying to get you to pay any money that you might owe the lender and are not in the business of negotiation.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The next level which is the most important, if you are trying to get your &lt;a href="http://www.helpforhomeloans.com/"&gt;loan modified &lt;/a&gt;is the &lt;a class="zem_slink" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Loss_mitigation" title="Loss mitigation" rel="wikipedia"&gt;loss mitigation&lt;/a&gt; department. This can also be called loss prevention, loan modification, Work out department or loan resolution or foreclosure prevention department. In the end they all mean the same thing - that is helping you to work out some agreement to pay your loan.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;It is very common for these departments not to speak with you initially. Many banks prefer for you to speak to collections first and do not give out any direct numbers to the modification departments. But you must be&lt;br /&gt;persistent. Some banks will even tell you that they don't have a mitigation department. They all do!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The Lender's &lt;a href="http://www.helpforhomeloans.blogspot.com/"&gt;Loss mitigation specialists&lt;/a&gt; are usually loan officers who will look at &lt;a class="zem_slink" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Loan" title="Loan" rel="wikipedia"&gt;loans&lt;/a&gt; on a case by case basis to see if they qualify for a loan modification. It is important to remember that not all loans qualify for modification.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The Last Department is the "Home Retention" Department. Not all banks have this department, and some will simply have one "Loss Mitigation" department that handles all cases which have gone into default, no matter what stage you are in. This department is essentially the last stop before they start the foreclosure process. They will usually be able to offer a last resort to foreclosure.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;You must remember that if you are going to contact your lender, you will generally be on the phone for a very long time and may be transferred many times. But if you know which department your loan will be handled by, you can cut this time short.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The best thing once you have been transferred to the right department is to get to speak to some one who can be the contact for you on your case. This way, you are always speaking to the same person. Just make sure you have their direct extension as well as their fax number.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Each time you speak with some one make sure that you write down their full name or &lt;a class="zem_slink" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/National_identification_number" title="National identification number" rel="wikipedia"&gt;ID number&lt;/a&gt; as well as their department and the time that you spoke to them. So long as you are persistent and reiterate your intention to each individual to make sure that you are speaking to the right person you should achieve your goal!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I This is very important because it show the bank that you are looking for a solution and will to work with them in finding one fast.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Proactive Step To Take In Dealing With Lowering Your Mortgage&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;The process to finding a workable solution could take some time so be patient.  You could speed things up by gathering the necessary paperwork that your lender may need.  The bank needs to get a clear pitcher of your financial situation. The bank needs documented proof of your income not just your word on paper.  If you are getting assistance from a family member you probably want to get a singed statement from them regarding the monthly amount.  If a household member is contributing to the mortgage some lenders request they pay stubs as well. It is important to list monthly mortgage payment, including any amounts of insurance or taxes that are not es crowed.  all you monthly house hold expenses such as Food, for transportation, cable, auto loans, &lt;a class="zem_slink" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Credit_card" title="Credit card" rel="wikipedia"&gt;credit card&lt;/a&gt; payments, insurance, medical payments (out of pocket), water, lawn, day care, house alarm, entertainment, &lt;a class="zem_slink" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mobile_phone" title="Mobile phone" rel="wikipedia"&gt;cell phones&lt;/a&gt;, home phone, lunch &lt;a class="zem_slink" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Money" title="Money" rel="wikipedia"&gt;money&lt;/a&gt; for work, insurance for &lt;a class="zem_slink" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Loan" title="Loan" rel="wikipedia"&gt;auto loan&lt;/a&gt; and any other expense that I have not mentioned here.  If you are paying &lt;a class="zem_slink" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Child_support" title="Child support" rel="wikipedia"&gt;child support&lt;/a&gt; or alimony be sure to include it as well.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;What Is Other Assets That The Bank Ask For&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Other assets would be a list of other asset owed like &lt;a class="zem_slink" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Real_estate" title="Real estate" rel="wikipedia"&gt;real estate&lt;/a&gt;, 2nd home or rental property, boats, time shares.  This may also include your retirement income or stock, bond or other investments.  You will also have to list checking and &lt;a class="zem_slink" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Savings_account" title="Savings account" rel="wikipedia"&gt;savings account&lt;/a&gt; balances and provided bank statements for each account.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Finding a long term solutions is important and I am sure you don't want a temporary fix to your problem.  So the sooner you speak to your bank the better.  Stay in contact with your bank on the status of your loan modification. That is a great questions and many homeowners in foreclosure or behind on their payments may not realize they can perhaps avoid having a foreclosure on their credit by asking their lender to take back their home with a deed in lieu of foreclosure.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;First let's define what is a deed in lieu.  According to Wikipedia, it is an deed instrument which a borrow or home owner (mortgagor) give up all rights to property to the lender (mortgagee).  That simply means you give up all rights and entitlement to the property.  Handing the deed back to the lender and saying "I'm done the property is now your".  By doing this you are avoiding costly foreclosure proceedures and avoiding a foreclosure proceeding which can be frustrating and nerve racking.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Returning the property to the bank has many advantages to a home owner. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Immediatly release of debt associated with mortgage loan&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Avoid public notice of a foreclosure in the paper and county records&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;May give a home owner more favorable terms than a full blow foreclosure&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Prevents the borrow from having a foreclosure on their credit&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So how does this differe from a foreclsure.  Well let us briefly examine what is a foreclosure, well it is a legal  preceedure in which the lender or lein holder gets court order to terminate the home owners equitable right of redemation.  The reason bank wants to terminate your equitable right of redemtion is because under the law there is a redemtion period where they home owner has a certain amount of time after foreclosure to redeem their home back.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;When a home owner goes defalut on a loan it is considered a default in payment of promossery note which secured by a lein on the property.  When the process is complete the lender can sell the property to pay off its mortgage and any other fees incurred in the foreclosure procedure.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;If a borrow has a promissory note that has a  recourse clause the bank can come after for anythink that has not been satisifed when the lender sells the property.  They can file a deficiency judgement against the borrower, although with the new bill in place lenders are working with homeowners to lessons the burden of deficiency fees. This plan may be ideal for someone who is no more than one or two payments behind and the sooner you contact you lender the better.
